· Why am I being charged sale tax?
By the state regulations of New York City, we are required to charge a 8.875% sales tax for all orders residing in the NY area.
Shipping
· How much is shipping?
Shipping in the USA has a fixed rate of $5 for anything. Any order of $50.00 or over will be shipped FREE!
· Do you ship International?
Yes, we do.
· Why are the shipping costs for international so high?
Unfortunately we do not ship first class, mainly because the tracking number provided is non-tracable. The next lowest shipping method is USPS International Priority Mail, which we will have a fixed rate of $40.00 for anything and anywhere around the globe.
· How will my item be shipped?
Your item will ALWAYS be shipped securely regardless of the size. We will NOT place mini figures in padded mailers. Your item will be boxed and securely wrapped in bubble wrap and will be filled with peanuts to protect the item from damage during transit.
Returns
· Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged/broken. We list the condition of each figure in our description, so please read carefully.
· Am I liable for the return shipping?
No, as a gratitude for your support, we will cover the shipping both ways; your initial shipping charges(if applicable) and your return shipping.
